Chipped Beef on Toast (S.O.S.)

- 1-1/2 oz. of dried beef, can or package.
- 1 serving of White Sauce (see recipe under Sauces & Gravy)
- 2 slices toasted bread
- Prepare the white sauce per the instructions from that recipe.
- Chop up the dried beef and put in sauce.
- Warm through (may thin sauce with a little water if needed0
- Serve over dry or buttered toast. Add pepper if desired. Will NOT need salt :-)
