Egg-White Muffins WW+ 1 Pt.
- Olive Oil spray
- Swiss Chard or Spinach
- Diced red & green bell peppers
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- chopped Onion or Scallion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray muffin pan with olive oil spray.
- In each muffin well, place swiss chard or spinach, the diced peppers, the tomatoes and onion.
- Pour almost 1/2 cup of egg whites into each well.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
- Remove from muffin pan and salt and pepper to taste.
